There has always been a discussion about which solution is better: beautiful Tungsten or energy saving LED. On the one hand, Tungsten retro style lamps are unique and eye-catching.
The color rendering is perfect, and the cameras love Halogen light! On the other hand, halogen is fragile and the power consumption is substantial… In general LED solutions, however, have a low power consumption and very long life cycle. BUT, it is no as eye-catchy as Tungsten, they don’t have this beautiful time-based dimming curve, CRI usually low and diodes themselves became boring and out of fashion.
